Gorgeous bag! I love this purse; it's the perfect size with a very classy look. The carrying options offer great versatility for completely different looks. But I was also very impressed with the fact that I received an email from the company after placing my order telling me that my order was on its way and that if I had any concerns or if the bag didn't meet my needs, they would gladly see to my complete satisfaction with a return...
